Forbes asks: Is Cintas playing fair with customers?
An award-winning Forbes magazine report finds that "the most frequent criticism of Cintas - from former customers, salespeople and drivers - is that the company nickel-and-dimes everyone to death." The article reveals "deceptive sales practices that some customers and former employees say still continue."
According to Forbes, "to judge from a cascade of complaints and lawsuits, Cintas has been squeezing pennies a little too hard in an industry known for tough sales tactics." In fact, "some former employees argue that gouging was standard practice" at Cintas.
